Analytics turns reader behavior into a roadmap for your documentation. Doxbrix tracks how readers find, use, and react to your content — and how the AI assistant performs — so you can stop guessing what to write next and start working from evidence.
Opening analytics
Go to Analytics (/analytics) in the app sidebar. Choose a date range (up to All time), then move between the report tabs below.
The report tabs
Analytics is organized into focused tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Content performance** | Views, top pages, entry pages, and how individual pages perform. |
| **Reader engagement** | Audience engagement, device split, and how readers move through the docs. |
| **Search behavior** | Top queries, discovery trends, and what readers look for. |
| **Assistant activity** | Assistant conversations, volume, and answer trends. |
| **Sentiment & responses** | Customer sentiment — positive/neutral/negative — and feedback volume. |
| **Link health** | Broken links and overall link health across the project. |
| **Missing pages** | Missing destinations and pages readers expected but couldn't find. |
| **Support impact** | Hours saved, cost saved, and impacted users from deflected questions. |
| **Support tickets** | Tickets created from the docs and their outcomes. |
| **Team adoption** | Active contributors, edits published, and collaboration activity. |
High-signal reports
A few tabs are unusually actionable:
- Search behavior → discovery trends and missing-result searches show what readers want but can't find.
- Missing pages lists destinations readers reached for that don't exist — a direct content backlog.
- Sentiment & responses surfaces the problem pages and pain points readers report.
- Support impact quantifies the hours saved and cost saved when the assistant answers instead of a support agent.
From analytics to action
Combine traffic, sentiment, search, and missing-pages signals.
Improve an underperforming page, or write a new one for a missing topic.
Apply Improve with AI, or have the AI agent draft a new page.
Watch the same reports improve over the next period.
Analytics vs. Docs Health
These answer complementary questions:
- Analytics — How do readers use the docs? (behavior and outcomes)
- Docs Health — Is the content good and current? (quality, freshness, structure)
Read together, they tell you which pages matter most and which need attention.
