Troubleshoot sites, domains and reader access
Fix custom domain verification, reader sign-in, assistant embed origin, and connected-site deployment problems.
Use this page to diagnose and fix the most common problems with a published Doxbrix site: custom domains that do not go live, readers who cannot sign in to a private site, an embedded assistant that refuses requests, and connected-site deployments that fail or cannot roll back.
Each entry names the symptom as you or your readers see it, then gives the cause, the check to run, the fix, and how to confirm recovery. Start with the least invasive check. Most fixes require access to the project settings, which you open from the gear icon on the project card on the dashboard.
